Wickhambrook Parish Council are offering you a free thermal imaging survey of your home between 13th and 25th March 2025.
To book your visit, complete this quick survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XYMZGCK, or e-mail with your name, address, postcode and telephone number, letting us know of any dates that you would not be available.
You can also print off and fill in the flyer and drop it back into the post box in the BT call box on Shop Hill. If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry, we’ll have flyers available at the WI Hall on Warm Winter Wednesdays (12 – 3pm on 29th January, 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th February) and hopefully also at the Shop, Surgery and Wickhambrook Memorial Social Centre.
Volunteers from your community will visit your property with a thermal imaging camera and plenty of helpful information and guidance to help you with next steps.
In just a 20-minute visit, you could learn where heat is escaping from your home and how to insulate it better. This could save you money on your energy bills, keep your home warm and lower your carbon footprint. The volunteers will not need to come inside your home and the thermal imaging camera will not be able to penetrate your windows.
The Thermal Imaging Project is funded by the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership which brings all Suffolk councils together to better equip Suffolk for our changing climate. To find out more about their mission go to greensuffolk.org
