A Tribute to the Fallen and the Annual General Meeting of the Memorial Social Centre

A Tribute to the Fallen will take place on 12th November 2021 at 7.30pm in the main room of the village hall, led by Mr. David Turner. Following the Tribute at 7.40pm the Annual General Meeting of the Wickhambrook Memorial Social Centre. The Trustees extend a warm welcome to everyone would like to attend these events. Whilst nominated officers of the committee will be ratified at the meeting, we would also like to expand the number of Trustees and would welcome anyone who would like to participate in developing the Memorial Hall’s place at the heart of the Wickhambrook community. It is also a chance to see/discuss the work that the Trustees have put into the refurbishment of the hall and the future projects we have in mind.

VILLAGE HALL AGM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FRIDAY 8th NOVEMBER 2024 Wickhambrook Memorial Social Centre Prior to the meeting a Tribute to the Fallen will be held in the main hall at 6.00 pm. The Tribute will be led by Mr. David Turner This is an opportunity for everyone in the village to find out how the hall is doing financially and to see the improvements that been made over the past few years. The committee of Trustees will be giving their yearly reports of the hall’s activities since last November. This is your opportunity to put forward your ideas as to how the hall should be run and what you would like to see done in the future. We would also welcome anyone who would be willing to give up a few hours a month to join us on the committee. The new committee is traditionally elected at the AGM and we would be delighted to see you. Without new members/volunteers the future of the hall could be in doubt.
