Suffolk’s CoronaWatch is the online home of data and information produced under the Suffolk Joint Strategic Needs Assessment about COVID-19. It can be accessed 24 hours a day at the following link: https://www.healthysuffolk.org.uk/jsna/coronawatch. On this page you will find links to resources including:

  • A live data dashboard which holds all the publicly available data we have on COVID-19 in Suffolk, including direct links to the national gov.uk website. The dashboard includes data on numbers and trends of confirmed cases at County and District and Borough level; numbers and trends of deaths from COVID-19; information on outbreaks in settings such as care homes; and information on some of the societal changes that have occurred as part of the efforts to prevent transmission of COVID-19 including use of shops, transport hubs, workplaces and recreational spaces. As more data is made available on COVID-19 in the public domain, this dashboard will continue to be developed.
  • Information about COVID-19 in care homes in Suffolk
  • The Suffolk Research Action Digest and Review (RADAR) which is a weekly summary of key research evidence relating to COVID-19 that is directly relevant to Suffolk
  • Links to briefings on key topics from the Suffolk Office of Data & Analytics (SODA) including the impact on the economy, employment, wellbeing, earnings and benefits
  • Explanations of key issues, such as the ‘R’ value, and a possible ‘second wave’
  • A link to a live map of COVID-19 cases in Suffolk by week, by small areas of 5,000 – 15,000 people

An interactive map of where COVID-19 related deaths have occurred in Suffolk, currently covering the period March – May 2020, which is updated as more data becomes available nationally
