Do you care for a family member, friend or neighbour?

Suffolk Family Carers are currently booking in their latest Information and Wellbeing programmes and workshops which are free to family carers 18 or over across the county.

These include – Caring with Confidence, Caring and Coping, Living Well with Dementia, Youth Mental Health First Aid, Wellbeing for family carers and Caring for Young People with Autism/ADHD.

Recent feedback from our programmes and workshops rated all our facilitators as ‘Excellent’ and 100% of family carers who attended during January, February and March this year said that they feel more able to look after their own wellbeing.

Comments have included ‘This was an amazing group and I feel very privileged to have met the ladies I have’.  When asked – What is the one thing you will take away from attending this workshop? Answers have included ‘Meeting people who I can talk to and who understand’ and ‘Meeting and understanding other carers situations and applying ideas for my own’.
