Construction of the new development on Cemetery Road, to be named ’The Meadows’ commenced on 7th January 2019. The development will consist of 23 individually designed, period style homes with a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms properties.
6 of the 23 homes will be sold to a Housing Association and made available for shared-ownership or affordable rent. 3 of these properties are 2-bedroom, 2-storey and 3 are 1-bedroom, single storey. At this stage Logan Homes have not yet finalised a deal with a Housing Association so it is not possible to register interest in the properties directly. The first phase of the development will consist of 6 open market dwellings in the Eastern of the two meadows (closest to Cemetery Road). There are 5, 4-bedroom and 1, 3-bedroom homes in this first phase which is due for completion at the end of 2019.
